LOCATION:
North of Lake Superior on Long Lake with road access, 40 miles north of the Trans Canada Highway. With 24 acres, there are many waterfront locations for additional cabins overlooking the river or lake.
BUILDINGS:
The spacious 2699 sq ft Lodge was built new in 2007. It houses a full Commercial Kitchen, Dining Room and Owner's Quarters with full Bath. A very impressive structure finished in natural pine with open ceiling and wood floors, plenty of windows and an attractive view of the beautiful Northwestern Ontario water.
The 1008 sq ft Motel building has 3 modern units also built in 2007. All are nicely finished in natural pine and enjoy 3 piece Baths, Lounge and Kitchen areas.
3 separate Cabins are 768 sq ft each in size with 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen and 3 piece Baths. Also newly built in 2007.
GENERAL:
This is a most unique Resort Location, without neighbours on a clean pristine waterway with excellent fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike and large Speckled Trout.
The Resort holds a VERY BIG Bear Management Area, with 75 Bear hunters taking 58 bears in 2007. There are also 7 Adult Moose Tags or 23 Moose Bow hunts as well as 8 Commercial Minnow blocks.
The resort maintains a Helicopter pad leased to the MNR annually.
There are numerous clear lakes nearby with similar quality fishing for Speckled Trout, Walleye and Northern Pike for the adventurous fisherman.
