LOCATION & LOT SIZE: There are approximately 57 acres with mixed shoreline and a sand beach on Eagle Lake, 18 miles west of Dryden, Ontario. The property has water frontage on both sides of the peninsula with the east side undeveloped
BUILDINGS: The main lodge is a 1344 sq ft natural log building composed of a camp store and tackle shop, a coffee and/or lounge area and a screened in porch. The open ceiling and stone fireplace make this an attractive and cozy setting for the guests to relax or dine. There are living quarters in the lodge with loft bedrooms, one bedroom on the main floor and a three-piece bathroom.
There are 8 cabins ranging in size from 480 to 864 sq ft, all are fully equipped for housekeeping and are completely remodeled and modern with three-piece baths. All cabins face the water and each one has a private parking area. The cabins have propane heat, gas cooking, hot and cold running water.
GENERAL: Eagle Lake is a large lake with many bays and islands that offers fishing for walleye, northern pike, small mouth bass, lake trout and trophy muskie. The resort is situated in a pleasant setting with sand beach and clear sparkling water. Services available to the quests include laundry facilities, gas barbeques, free fish filleting and freezing. There is a complete line of boats and motors going with the business plus all the other equipment required for the operation of the camp. A list of the equipment is available. |
