LOCATION & LOT SIZE: Miles Bay, where Sabaskong, Burrow & Miles intersect, 1.5 hours from International Falls MN on a private 33 acre island with 3.10 acres deeded land with sand beach and balance crown lands.

Cottages are “like new”, superbly furnished each with deck or enclosed porch overlooking the water. There are 5 to accommodate 28 guests ranging in size from 320 to 570 sq ft, 2 or 3 bedrooms, full kitchen and bathroom facilities and most attractive decorating.
Outbuildings include a Minnow Storage/Boathouse unit, new Fish Cleaning building, Shower House, Staff Cabin, ½ log overflow Cabin, Laundry building and Generator building. These are all well maintained and neatly finished.
GENERAL: This is a finished resort only 8 minutes from the Morson Marina. The island location has a quiet bay with sand beach, tall pines, rustic rocky shore areas and exposure to the south east and north from the resort. The 33 are island has nature trails and beautiful views to the west. It is well manicured and all services have been inspected and approved by the Ministry. Guests are shuttled from Morson in a 27’ fiberglass inboard with all the navigation aids and a comfortable berth in the bow. Docking facility is above average with both fixed and floating units and slips for private guest boats.
The Bear Hunt is profitable, 10 hunters at $2,700.00 each in 2009 took 7 animals. Fish for all our natural species including Crappie and Yellow Perch in abundance. The income is steady and details are available to a qualified buyer.
