General: This is one of the most attractive resort operations in North-western Ontario with excellent fishing, an ideal location and private setting. The buildings are surrounded by tall pines, well spaced and landscaped. Equipment is very well maintained and the income substantial, yet with the opportunity for regular increases over the next 2-3 years. American Plan is possible, although no longer offered by the present owners. |
