EAGLE WEST LODGE
LOCATION: 5.74 acres 27 miles west of Dryden Ontario on the west arm of Eagle Lake, it has southern exposure, level land and a quiet bay ideal for docks and boats.

OUTBUILDINGS: Includes a frame generator building which houses 2 as new Onan generators which poser the resort. Ontario hydro power is a short distance away by not hooked up at the resort.

GENERAL: This resort has been operated by the present owners for 17 years and has a reasonably good following.
There is a launching ramp at the resort & docking for 18 boats. In addition the resort holds 14 boat cache lakes. At the present time resorts are subject to MNR approval for transfer which is normally granted.
